Col. Hitchcock said that there would be “strict. adherence” to the schedule and that, with the exception of transients who cannot register at their local boards, all youths must register with their own boards. Registration will be conducted daily during the period, he said, from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. éxcept Sunday. Chairmen of local boards have requested all registrants to report directly to the information desk on the second floor of the K. of P. building. They then will be directed to the correct board.
