Miss Marjorie Mae Collins, . maid of honor, wore victory pink and Miss Theresa Noel, bridesmaid, had blush rose, John Hordych, Hackensack, brother of the bridegroom, was best man, and the ushers were Williarn Collins ‘and Robert Hudson. The bride chose a white satin gown with a sweetheart neckline, pearl trim and a fitted bocice. Her illusion veil was two-tiered, A light orchid, white pompons anc bouvardia formed her cascade bouquet. A wedding breakfast at 11 o'clock in the Indianapolis Athletic club was to follow the ceremony and ‘a reception was to be held this afternoon at he home of the bride’s . parents. Out-of-tawn euests besides the family. of the bridegroom included the Rev. Fr. Oscar Laplante of Xavier university, Cincinnati; Corp. Robert T. Hudson, Boling Field, D: C.; Mr. and Mrs. John Bacchi and Mrs. Marie Ryan, Chicaso. The bride will travel in a bluegreen wool frock trimmed with heavy lace. Her hat and bag, will be in victory pink and she will have an orchid corsage.
Holy Cross Group To Sponsor Party
The November circle of Holy Cross church will sponsor a card party at 2 p. m. Saturday in the church hall, 1433 E. Washington st. All games will be played. Personal Notes MR. AND MRS. JOHN BELL of Minneapolis are spending the holiday with Mr. and Mrs. W. I. Longsworth, who planned a small family gathering at their home. Another family planning to celebrate the holiday at home was that of Blaine H. Miller who was to have with him his son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine H. Miller Jr., and their two children. Mrs. James William O'Bannon is spending Thanksgiving with her son, John J. O'Bannon; and. Mrs. O'Bannon in Louisville. Their son, Lieut. Whitney O’Bannon,'is an aerial observer stationed at Brooks field, San Antonio, Tex.

Miss Betty Lou Fraling of Kokomo will become the bride of Dr. Cleo C. Shullenberger of Rochester, Minn., this afternoon at 4:30 o'clock in the Central Christian church.
The bridegroom is the son . of Dr. and Mrs. William A. Shullenberger, 519 S. Central court. Dr. Shullenberger will officiate at the candlelight ceremony. Mrs. Fred M. Wilson of Kokomo will be the bride's only attendant. Serving as best man will be Dr. Wendell A. Shullenberger, brother of the bridegroom. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Fraling of Kokomo. She was graduated from Indiana university and is a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority and Theta Sigma Phi, honorary journalism sorority. Dr. Shullenberger was graduated from Butler university and received his. M.D. degree from Indiana university. He is serving his second year of a three-year fellowship at the. Mayo clinic, Rochester. He is a member of Sigma Chi and Alpha Omega . Alpha fraternities.

A ceremony at noon today in McKee chapel of Tabernacle Presbyterian church was to unite Miss Geraldine Getz and Palmer Kohls Ward. Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Carl J. Getz, 4462 Central ave, and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ward, 5010 Washington blvd. The flower girl, Tinka Louise Ward, niece of the bridegroom, was to wear a short-waisted colonial dress with an extremely full floor length skirt and small puffed sleeves. She was to have a small, flat hat and was to carry a white basket tied with pink and blue ribbons. Noel A. Ward, Ft. Wayne, was to serve as his brother’s best man and the ushers were to be Bert Kingan Jr. and David McQueen. The bride's mother chose a muted blue silk crepe gown with a matching ng sleeved jacket. With it she was to wear .a cerise hat and a corsage of gardenias. Mrs. Ward was to wear. a porcelain blue sheer in Lalique design with dubonnet trimming and a dubonnet hat. Assisting at a reception at the Getz home following the ceremony Clark Keenan, Misses Sally Heilman, Joan Pfarrer and Helen Griffith. The house was to be decorated with white flowers. Later in the afternoon, Mr. and Mrs. Ward were to entertain with a Thanksgiving dinner for relatives and out-of-town guests attending the ceremony. The guests were to include Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kohls and Mr. and Mrs. Corbett Scott, Logansport, and Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Wildman, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ward, Mrs. Elmer Hatch and Mrs. Mary Purvis, Macy.
