S. internal revenue department. Charles Edward Van Pelt, 1318 Spann ave, hag been assigned to advanced instruction at the navy’s training school for radiomen at Miami university, Oxford, O. A former Philadelphia attorney, Lieut. Chapman took his navy training at Notre Dame university, and has been on active duty here as assistant officer in charge.
