Virginia Chase Perkins to Be Speaker On Propylaeum Program Wednesday.

* THE PROPYLAEUM CLUB WILL PRESENT Virginia Chase Perkins as guest speaker for Propylaeum day ‘Wednesday. Clark-Christian Wedding Today

IN A CANDLELIGHT CEREMONY at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon, Miss Virginia Mae Christena, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Chris= tena, will become the bride of John Waggoner Clark, U. S. N. R., son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles G. Clark Sr. of Lake Bluff, Ill. Dr. Carleton W. Atwater will officiate at the First Baptist church. Preceding the ceremony, Mrs. Henry F. Fawcett of Elkhart, aunt of the bride, will sing “At Dawning” and “Because,” accompanied by _ Percival Owen, | organist. HOOVER of Savannah, Ga., matron of honor and sister of the bride, will be attired in glow amber velveteen styled with three-quarter-length sleeves, a gathered skirt and romance neckline. . Crofts-Sehr Nuptials Read This Morning

A wedding breakfast at Cifaldi's followed the marriage of Miss Betty Sehr to Joseph Crofts at 9 o'clock this morning in St. Philip Neri Catholic church. The bride’s mother is Mrs. Myrtle Sehr, 2620 E. Washington st., and Mr. Crofts is the son of Mrs. Bertha Crofts, 901 N. Ritter ave. Palms, baskets of white cheng themums and candles decorated the altar before which the Rev. Fr. Hillary Meny officiated. A program of bridal music was played by Mrs. Margaret Lark, organist. The bride, escorted to the altar by her brother, Robert J. Sehr, wore a candlelight satin gown styled with long fitted sleeves tapering into points over her hands. Insertions of point d’'Venise lace accented the fitted bodice and skirt which fell into ‘a train.
