When the chapel was divided into the eastern and western stations, the latter continued to. worship in the building and finally became the Meridian Street Methodist church.

The Eastern station first took the name, Roberts chapel, then Roberts Park Methodist Episcopal church and at last, simply, Roberts Park Methodist church. Service men will: be guests for Sunday evening supper and an organ recital tomorrow at the temple of the Indianapolis Hebrew congregation. : The entertainment is sponsored by the Council of Jewish Women. Mrs. Ferrell Scott, temple organist, will present a varied program from 5 to 5:30 p. m., preceding supper, Cadettes and members of the Temple Young People’s league will be present to dance with the setvice men after supper. Mrs. Scott will play Yon’s “Toccatina” for the flute, Tschaikowsky’s “Andante Cantabile,” Wagner’s “To the Evening Star,” Schubert’s “Serenade” and ' Godaid’s “Berceuse.” Among the lighter numbers on the program are “Ah, Sweet Mystery of Life” and “Thine Alone” by Herbert, “The Indian Love Call” by Romberg and “Estralita” by Pence. Aids for Church Workers Shown

Mrs, E. D. Lewis, Methotist fleld worker and Christian ‘education Specialist, will address an advance-to-victory rally for the district at 2:30 and 7:30 p. m. tomorrow in the East Park church. The rally is one of a series presented by the Indianapolis area and is sponsored by Dr. Alfred H, | Backus, Christian education execufive secretary. Its purpose is to acquaint church workers with the vast bulk of literature and helps the church provide for use in the education of children and adults. Books, ‘maps, pamphlets, pictures and the like will be displayed at the rally. Mrs. Lewis will answer questions concerning the effective use of the church literature by teachers and leaders for all ages.
