If Mr. Willkie retains the lead-|}
ership of the Republicans some think he may even go so far as to reverse the roles of the two parties. From the days of Woodrow Wilson, the Democratic party has been the party of international collaboration, with the G. O. P. furiously applying the brakes. However, it is observed, the Democrats themselves have been holding back in recent years.
