They are known as Kramer's Hollywood midget starlets and have appeared in a number of pictures, including “Snow White” and the “Wizard of Oz.”

and the routines are clever and original. Jack and Irene, the animal experts, put their legion of glamour

dogs through some stiff paces. Everybody likes a dog act and sometimes 1 suspect that trained . dogs have a lot more sense on . the stage than a lot: of trained humans. ; {Paul Kirkland, an old timer with finesse of many years behind the footlights, presents an amusing juggling act. Lou Ashe, the ' master of ceremonies, pulls out “the now tattered gag about the Jap underwear (it sneaks up on you but a yank will fix it) and a hollow groan goes up from the audience ‘which has heard that one a dozen times. In the field of musical comedy, there is Violet Carson, whose takeoffs on operatic divas tickled me. Masy & Brach put on a unocycle juggling act to provide balance in the program. ‘s #8 ® { KEITH'S picture, “Timber,” is one of the best efforts so far of Leo Carrillo and Andy Devine.
