IN PARENTS’ KILLING
ST. LOUIS, Oct. 1 (U. P)— Justice of the Peace Joseph H. Garret yesterday ordered Robert Nash, 26-year-old confessed axe-slayer of his parents, bound over to a St. Louis county grand jury for a hearing next Wednesday. Prosecuting = Attorney Stanley Wallach declared he would ask the jury to return first degree murder indictments against Nash, who has confessed beating his parents, Charles | A. and Eleanor Nash to death “in a fit of anger” on the night of Sept. 2.
