99. Born in Clermont, Mr. Martindale lived in Indianapolis 50 years He served for eight years as supervisor of carpenters of the Indianapolis public schools. He retired from this position 20 years ago. Mr. Martindgle’s parents were among the early settlers in Wayne township, coming here in 1827. A

Services will be at 10 a. m. Satur-|
day in the Royster and Askin mortuary and burial will be at Old Union.

Indianapolis was one of the 18 cities in the nation to send blood donor center representatives io the ceremonies and Mr. Longsworth reported 33,930 donors thus far at Indianapolis. The “E” flag is soon to be raised at the Indianapolis blood donor center.

Widow of Shelbyville Civic Leader Long in Poor "Health.
* Mrs. Millie K. Joseph, widow of Julius Joseph, Shelbyville furniture manufacturer and civic leader, died yesterday in her home in the Marott hotel following a long illness. She was 81. ‘Mrs. Joseph came to Indianapolis 12 years ago from Shelbyville. She ‘was a native of Cincinnati, a member of the Plum Street Hebrew congregation of Cincmnati, the Indianapolis Council of Jewish Women and the Indianapolis chapter of the Red Cross.
She was a contributor to the Anna Borinstein home for the Jewish here.

Daniel Kelly, 1013 S. Senate ave., died in City hospital last night of a skull fracture received in a fall in front of his home Sunday. He was 65. DIVORCES “LIBERATOR” CHICAGO, Sept. 17 (U. P.).~Leo A. Ohlhausen, 35, said although his wife worked 15 months to free him from a concentration camp in Germany in 1939, she now refuses to live with him in Chicago. Superior Judge Joseph Sabath granted Ohlhausen a divorce and ordered him to pay $30 a month for the care of his two children who live with thelr mother in New York.
