The center. will be open each Wednesday from 5:30 to 10 p. m.; each Saturday from 11:30 a. m. to 10 p. m,, and each Sunday from 9 a. m. to 10 p. m. Dr. Holland to Take New Post Sept. I.
The last sermon as pastor of the Carrollton Avenue Reformed church will be delivered tomorrow by Dr. Ralph L. Holland. He has selected “The Christian Tie” as his subject. After four years service he'is leav-j ing the church to become general secretary - of the Indiana - Council of Christian Education on Sept. 1. The “farewell” service at 10:30 a. m, will include Dr. Holland communion ‘and special music by the choir. The retiring pastor is vice president of the South Indiana synod of his church, a member of the national commission on higher education, a member of the executive committee of. the Indianapolis Church federation and a past president of the Indianapolis Ministerial association. Dr. Holland formerly served as pastor of churches in Pennsylvania and was'an instructor in the North Japan college, Sendai, Japan. Mrs. Holland is corresponding secretary of the Indiana council of churchwomen and is editor of “The Indiana Churchwoman.” .
