3 cups ENRICHED E-Z-BAKE 3 tsp baking powder 1 tsp. salt 4 Tbsp. sugar 4 Tbsp. shortening 1 egg 3-13 cup milk site B-Z-BAKE. FLOUR, baking pow der, salt and sugar together. . Cut in shortening. Combine beatén egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients to make’ a Soft dough. -Turn out on lightly floured board and knead gently % minute. . Roll out into two layers, esch 1, inch thick. Bake in hot oven (450° F.) 12. minutes. . Butter each layer,
