new ‘schedule to speed oil to the east in block train shipments was approved by 100, petroleum and railroad representatives and office of defense transportation officials at a conference yesterday. ‘ Under the new plan small lot oil shipments will be sent to specified terminal points to be formed into “block” trains, composed entirely of oil cars.
