WASHINGTON, July 17 (U. P).— Impressing' U. 8. army pilots that their duty is to kill the enemy ini stead of themselves has resulted in

The idea is being driven home to all pilots, the secretary said, that it is neither smart nor necessary to Jose an airplane through cockiness, ‘inattention or a desire to show off. Certain safety rules have been set up and any army pilot who breaks them becomes liable to drastic diseiplining.
