Golfers to Elect
THE 20TH annual tournament of the Indiana Women’s Golf association, opening Monday at Highland Golf and Country club, will not be all strenuous competition. On Tuesday night members of the association will hold their annual dinner meeting, combined with a business session, at the Highland clubhouse, and on Thursday afternoon, participants in the tournament will take time out to demonstrate their skill to men golfers in mixed two-ball foursome play. Mrs. Joseph Stout is chairman for the dinner and business meeting and the committee for the two-ball foursome includes Dr, Harry Leer, chairman, and Mrs. C. A. Jaqua, Mrs. L. L. Lykins, Paul Whittemore and Mr, and Mrs. Louis Bola. Mrs. W. Hathaway Simmons is chairman of the nominating committee which will report at the dinner meeting Tuesday.
