SAN JOSE, Costa Rica, July 6 (U. P.)—The wreckage of axis-owned properties littered San Jose and nearby provinces today, the result of week-end riots: by irate Costa Ricans in retaliation for last week's sinking in San Jose Limon harbor of a United Fruit Co. vessel.
