Reception at Athletic Club will

Follow Schnieders-Fox Wedding

MR. AND MRS. RAYMOND C. FOX will entertain tomorrow with a reception at the Indianapolis Athletic _elub following their daughter’s wedding at 11:45 a. m. in St. Joan of Arc Catholic church. The bride, Miss Joan Fox, will be married to Lieut. George A. Schnieders Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Schnieders of Los Angeles. The marriage service will be read by the Rev, Fr. Clement M. Bosler, pastor of the church. William Mullenholz will be the organist for the ceremony and Edward Krieger the soloist. "The aisleway through which the bride and her attendants will approach the . Altar is to be marked by bouquets of white gladioli tied with white ; satin ribbons.. In the sanctuary will be groupings of palms, cibotium ferns and seven-way and cathedral candelabra. The altar vases will hold sheaves of white gladioli.

Bride Will Wear English Net

THE BRIDE will be escorted to the altar by her father. She has chosen a gown of bridal white English net, Frills of the net accent thé fitted bodice, the short, puffed sleeves and the romance neckline. The gown’s bouffant skirt and train are trimmed with a side ruffle of the net. Her two-tiered veil of illusion is full length and will fall from a halo bonnet of net. The prayerbook she is to carry is covered with white satin and net and will have white orchids attached to the cover. Cascading from it will be narrow streamers of net knotted with stephanotis blossoms. Miss Fox's three attendants will be gowned in Talisman pink net styled like the bridal gown. The short, puffed sleeves of the frocks are edged with net frills and the bouffant skirts are accented with wide net ruffies. Completing their costumes will be matching pompadour hats of net ruffles. ‘ Miss Patricia Stark will be maid of honor and the bridesmaids ‘will be Miss Jean Pickett of Pittsburgh and Miss Mary Helen Madden. The two bridesmaids will carry Georgian peach bouquets with centers of Talisman roses surrounded by peach-toned snapdragons and begonia blossoms. The garlands falling from the bouquets will be of smilax. Miss Stark’s bouquet, of the same type, will have a Talisman rose center surrounded by snapdragons and begonias. in deeper colors. .

David Fox Will Be Best Man

DAVID J. FOX, brother of the bride, will pe Lieut. Schnieders’ best man and the ushers will be Jack Meihaus and Dick Guy. Mrs. Fox, the bride’s mother, will wear a soft green linen ensemble for her daughter's wedding. With the costume she will wear brown accessories and a natural-colored straw hat with begonia blossom trimming matching the flowers in. her corsage of hibiscus and begonia blossoms. reception at the Athietic club will be held in the ballroom, Placed about the room will be arrangements of palms and tall pedestals of summer flowers. Standing upon the extremely long bridal table will be Georgian silver candelabra and Georgian silver bowls filled with symmetrical bouquets of peach-toned .gladioli. The table is to be covered with white net upon which will be tiered garlands of smilax and peach-colored blossoms tied with satin bows.

Bride Is Butler Graduate

AS THE COUPLE LEAVES for a wedding trip, the bride will wear a linen ensemble, The frock has a purple skirt topped by a purple and white printed bodice. Her hat, of the purple and white t, will have a cyclamen-colored veil matching the cyclamen linen jacket of the ensemble. She will wear a corsage of white orchids, and will have a black patent leather bag and shoes. Miss Fox was graduated from Ladywood school here and attended Mt. St. Mary's college in Los Angeles. Miss Frances Mast, South Bend, the bridegroom’s sister, will be her attendant. Miss Mast will wear pink net over pink satin. The full skirt will be topped by a fitted bodice finished with a romance neckline and three-quarter length sleeves. She will wear a matching shoulder length veil and will carry Johanna Hill roses.
