Hugh McNaughton, 36, resident of a S. Illinois st. hotel, was Killed early today when he fell from the hotel's fifth floor fire escape. Police said death was accidental. Injured, Mr, McNaughton was found on a one-story section of the hotel by Charley Powers, a porter. The victim was still conscious when police arrived but died a few minutes later on the way to City hospital in an ambulance. Police said a wife in New Castle,
