Miss Florence Daniels and her . seeing-eye dog, “Gilly,” will be graduated next Tuesday with their B. A. degrees. from: Sterling college, Sterling, Kas. And Tuesday will be a big day, for it will mark four years § on Miss Daniels’ path toward the ministry. Miss Daniels already [ig has work to her & credit at the Pittsburgh Xenia Theological seminary, * but has two more years before grad- Miss Daniels uation from the institution. At first she thought she wanted to be an evangelist, but now her aim is to fill some pulpit in the United Presbyterian church.

At 24, Miss Daniels has been blind since she was 6, but for the last four years she has had the services of her faithful companion and guide, “Gilly.” Miss Daniels makes her home with her mother, Mrs. Cora Daniels, at 457 N. Arsenal ave. She attended the Indiana state school for the blind.

Amateur entertainers interested in the circus planned for next month by the Keystone and South Side community centers will be given auditions at a meeting of the footlight club at 2 p. m. tomorrow in the Granada theater. Plans Completed for the 18th Commencement Thursday Night.

Warren Central high school will graduate 128 seniors in the institution’s 18th annual commencement exercises at 8 p. m. next Thursday in the gymnasium. The Rev. E. Arnold Clegg, pastor of the Capitol Avenue Methodist church, will deliver the commencement address, “Faith in Yourself.” Esther Jean Lewis will make the

valedictorian address, “Our Faith in Tomorrow.”
