WANT $100 REWARD? CATCH TIRE THIEVES

. It's going to be profitable to the fellow who finds the person that has been breaking in Jake Feld’s tire shop, 115 E. New York st. Twice, the thieves struck, carrying off -valuable tires. . This week they were back again and Mr. Feld was out another set of new tires. . Mr. Feld said that he would offer a $100 reward for the apprehension and conviction of the per‘son or persons responsible. The person who catches or provides the information leading to the thief’s capture will receive $50 and. the

remaining $50 will be turned over to some charitable institution.

LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS

Butler Professor toh Speak—Prof. Arthur Hohnes, Butler university, will speak at the McGuffey associa= tion meeting tomorrow afternoon at the War Memorial building. Mrs. Cora Doans will be the reader and music will be presented by Miss Joan Lander and her mother, Mrs. Octave Breen Lander.

Note 7th Anniversary—Monument chapter, O. E. S., is to observe its seventh anniversary with a pitchin dinner tonight at 6 o'clock at the Masonic. temple. Mrs. Myrtle Morriss, worthy matron, and Edgar Williams, worthy patron, will preside.

Auxiliary Notes Anniversary — The Major Harold C. Megrew auxiliary 3, United Spanish War Veterans, will celebrate its third anniversary at 8 p. m. Monday at Ft. Friendly, 512 N. Illinois st. Past presidents of the auxiliary and past commanders of the camp will be guests of honor. Speakers will be national and department officers. Mrs. Ora Love, president, will be in charge of the business meeting.

Honor Mother's Day—A Mother's Day program will feature a meeting of Englewood chapter 483 of the O. E. S. at 8 p. m. Monday at 2714% E. Washington st. On the program

Olive Branch to Meet — Olive Branch Rebekah lodge 10 will meet tomorrow evening in Castle Hall, 230 E. Ohio st. The degree staff will practice, Townsend Club Meets Tomorrow —Townsend club 25 will meet at 7:30 p. m, tomorrow at McClain’s hall. A Mother's day program will follow, Mrs. Mary Dupree is chairman.
