Vashington st. following an illness of several months. She was 67 A native of Indiana. Mrs. Hines spent most of her early life in Greensburg, where she taught school. She was the daughter of Louis Wand Olive BE. Foster, both deceased, and the widow of the late John C. Hines Rig Four railroad conductor. Mrs. Hines was a member of Holy Cross church. APPLICATIONS for 28 jobs as life guards at municipal swimming pools and beaches were sought today by the eity recreation department. The applicants must be at least 18 and must have pasted the senior Red Cross life saving teet, or must enroll in life saving classes at the Indianapolis Athletie club. the Hoosier Athletic alub, the Riviera elub, the YY.
