name of Superior Court Judge Herbert Wilson was suggested. This move hoomeranged, however, and before it had lived out one day was killed by Judge Wilson himself. He said that he wanted to run for re-election to the bench and would consider the mayor's race only if he were indorsed by Mr. Feeney, Judge Myers and their supporters. Judge Myers discussed the county political situation this week with Mayor Reginald Sullivan, and since their two-hour parley, no new compromise reports have been heard from City Hall

Delay Announcements

Meanwhile, the scramble for places on the county and city Democratic ticket goes on and it is reported that most of the incumbents, in judicial .and other offices, will have primary opposition. The lineup still is open insofar as the organization is coneerned, but prospective candidates are delaying their announcements until they learn where the nods are going. As for the mayor's race, it appears to be strictly a two-man affair and if there are no sudden changes within the next few weeks, politicians expect one of the hottest primary battles in years. THREATENS WAITER, BANDIT GETS $150

A disagreeable bandit entered the Tastee-Bar-B-Q, 225 N. Pennsylvania St. last night and told Marcus Mishas, an employee, to put the money in a paper bag. “If you want _the money, take it,” replied Mr. Mishas. “I'll plug you if you don’t put it in the bag,” snapped the bandit, waving a nickel-plated, .32 caliber revolver. The bandit left with $150 which Mr. Mishas handed him from the cash register.
