NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the installation of refrigeratin equipment, etc, according to detaile plans and specifications and drawings, will be received for the Marion County Tuberculosis Sanatorium by the Board of Commissioners of Marion County, Indiana, at the office of the Auditor of said County in the Court House at Indianapolis, Indiana, until the hour of 100 o'clock A. M, on the 11th day of February, 1942, at which time all such sealed bids will be opened and read publicly. All work shall be done and constructed and all material and equipment furnished and installed according to detailed drawings, plans and specifications now on file in the office of the Auditor of said County and as prepared by G. M, Williams, 528 Architects & Builders Building, Indianapolis, Indiana, Engineer, which plans and specifications have heretofore been approved by said Board of Commissioners of said County. All bids shall be properly and complete ly executed on proper forms and all bids shall be sealed and shall be accompanied with a non-collusion affidavit, in due form as required by the statutes of the State of Indiana, and must be accompanied by Questionnaire Form No. 96-A as adopted by the State Board of Accounts if bid is $5,000.00 or more, and Broposals shall state the number of calendar days required to complete the contract. Each proposal and/or bid shall also be accompaniea by an acceptable certified check made payable to the order of the Board of Commissioners of Marion County, indians, in a sum not less than 3% of the amount of the bid, which check shall be forfeited to Marion County in case of the failure of the successful bidder to enter a proper contract with the Board of Commissioners of said County within five days after the notification of the acceptance of said bid. Each proposal shall be accompanied with a good and sufficient bond payable to the Kate of Indiana, for 100% of the contract price, which bond shall be conditioned by law provided.
