Public Due for Big Change? In Transportation Habits

THE PUBLIC HEREABOUTS HASN'T CHANGED its transportation habits much yet because of the automobile and tire curtailments. This morning on the way downtown I counted more than two dozen cars that had only a single occupant. There doesn’t seem to be much anxiety about the automobiles now en the road lasting until the war is over even though no new ones will be made (ees plans are changed)
