List of Landlords Who Won't Co-operate.
P. H. Hofftra, Office of Price Administration representative, has informed the Indianapolis Fair Rent Committee that landlords who refuse to follow the committee's recommendations in rent cases will be subject to the action of the OPA at Washington. He asked the committee to give him a list of landlords who do not co-operate and said the list would be sent to the Federal agency for additional scrutiny and action by the Price Control Administrator. The Federal official did not say what the action would be, but indicated that the OPA now has power to enforce its rulings.
