General Tyndall Knows General MacArthur well. He served both with and under him for 22 months in the Rainbow Division in France during World War 1 and he has had frequent contacts with him

that he will use every piece at his command to the best possible advantage,” the general said. There are several stories of General MacArthur's bravery going the rounds since his reappearance in

General MacArthur will fight for his men and his divisions just as hard as he will fight the enemy, the general said. “MacArthur helped form the Rainbow Division and soon after we got to France they started taking men from the Rainbow Division for replacements,” the general said.

HEARING GRANTED IN SABOTAGE CASE
EVANSVILLE, Ind, Dec. 23 (U. , P.).—A RCHINREEY hearing has been granted by U. 8S. Commissioner Bernard Frick to Kenneth Harris, 34, Evansville, who was arrested Friday by FBI agents on a charge of sabotage. The hearing, set for 10 a. m. Dec. 27, may force FBI officials to reveal evidence, or produce witnesses, to support the charge that Harris allegedly made or caused to be made defective tools used in defense contract production. Hanis was employed ag a mae chinist at the Faultless Caster Corp. in Evansville until a week ago. He is married and the father of five children, Details of Harris’ alleged sabotage were not revealed. His arrest was the first of its kind in the State since the outbreak of the war, according to Spencer J. Drayson, chief of the Indianapolis FBI
