GET HOT INDIANS—INDIANAPOLIS IS WITH YOU
Thousands of loyal Indianapolis baseball fans salute Frank E. McKinney and Owen J. Bush, new owners of the Indianapolis Indians Baseball Team and operators of the Indianapolis baseball stadium.
Citizens of Indianapolis, and all of Indiana, laboring under the current stress of world-wide conflict, will find a new importance in the adequate diversion offered by the Indians’ home games during the 1942 baseball season.
Indianapolis baseball fans, a loyal segment of the devotees of America's National Pastime, will find new vigor in the 1942 Model Indianapolis Indians Baseball Team and find increasing thrill in the spectacle of "The Home Team'' going full blast under the leadership of veteran baseballer "Gabby" Hartnett.
Therefore, to Frank E. McKinney and Owen J. Bush on the threshold of a new era of Indianapolis baseball, we say "KEEP 'EM SWINGING."
