During the last week of November, Indianapolis stores made a 24 per cent increase in sales over the same week of last year. Chicago stores in that week had a 12 per cent increase, Detroit 17 per cent, Milwaukee 22 per cent and other cities an average of 14 per cent, Although this margin was nar rowed the following week, ending Dee. 8, Indianapolis stores still led.
