The Nazi pocket battleship Lutzow, above, is reported raiding off the Argentine coast by an Uruguayan newspaper. The Lutzow is a sister ship of the scuttled Graf Spee. Like the Graf Spee, the Lutzow is a craft carrying extremely heavy guns, but lightly armored. The Graf Spee was crippled by much smaller British vessels which pumped six-inch shells into her sides until she was forced to run for cover.
