SEVERE CONTROLS may now be expected. Strikes in defense industries will probably be outlawed. Price controls are expected on almost everything. Possibly some ceiling on wages will be used,

DEFENSE PRODUCTION will actually become “all out” now. Heretofore we have been devoting between 15 and 20 per cent of our capacity to defense production.
Now armaments manufacturing | will be stepped up to make our previous efforts look like small potatoes. More non-defense industries will suffer. Civilians will have to expect less normal goods. But the dissension and strife, as shown by overnight settlemen of defense strikes, will die down.

act as sales agent for Commercial Indemnity Insurance Co. The complaint alleged Mr. Wyatt failed to reveal to purchasers that

buy stock of Commercial Indemnity |
Insurance Co. investors were required to buy stock in Commercial Underwriters, Inc. also, which is not the case, the SEC said. It was further alleged that Mr. Wyatt said Commercial Underwriters, Inc., is receiving an income equal to 10 per cent of all premiums paid by Indiana policyholders of Commercial Indemnity Insurance

but that not all is actually available for dividends. Lloyd Claycombe, attorney for Mr. ¢| Wyatt, said the complaint resulted
