AKRON, O., Nov. 26 (U. P.).— » While Henry Hatten, 21, was painting the top of a chimney 140 feet above a Goodrich Tire & Rubber Co. plant yesterday, his tackle slipped. He shot downward, but 90 feet from the roof a dangling rope caught around his foot. The ladders on the first fire truck to arrive were too short.
