Vice President Henry A. Wallace and Lynn U. Stambaugh, national - commander of the American Legion, will broadcast tonight. Mr. Wallace will speak before the 61st annual meeting of the Academy of Political Science in the grand ballroom of Hotel Astor in New York, He will be introduced by Henry R. Luce, chairman of Time, . Inc, and will speak on “Organization for Victory.” The talk will be broadcast on WISH at 8 o'clock.

“Mr. Stambaugh speaks -on the program of the National Education Association - from Faneuil Hall in Boston, Mass. His address will be . oarried on "a coast-to-coast CBS hookup, including WFBM at 9:15 Pp. m. ® = 8 WIRE will broadcast the launching of the U. S. S. Indiana, the|} Navy’s newest battleship, direct from Newport News, Va. Nov. 21 at 9:30 a. m. The broadcast will include addresses by Governor Schricker and Navy Secretary Frank Knox. Eugene S. Pulliam, WIRE news - editor who recently was commissioned an ensign in the U. S. Navy Reserve, will broadcast ‘the ceremony. He and Engineer Eugene E. Alden, also an ensign in the regerve, will be aboard the special train taking Governor Schricker and his party to the ceremonies. Interviews will be broadcast prior to the departure of the train which will leave here shortly after 1 p. m. Nov. 20. The broadcast of the launching will last a half hour and also will be heard on a network of Indiana

GAMELIN, DALADIER, BLUM GO TO. PRISON

VICHY, Nov. 12 (U. P.).—Maurice Gamelin and former premiers Edouard Daladier and Leon Blum today started to Portalet Prison, high in the Pyrenees, where they are to be held in indefinite custody on “war guilt” charges. They were taken by automobile. The party left Bowrrassol where they have been held, in a heavy rainstorm. Gamelin, Daladier and Blum.were taken in separate cars, each accompanied by two police inspectors. Eight automobiles made up the entire party, led by Jean Mondanl, official of the Surete National, the French national police. Simultaneously, former Premier Paul Reynaud and former Interior Minister Georges Mandel were taken from their quarters at Vals les Bains and started for the same

destination.
