WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 (U. P.). '—The Duke and Duchess of Windsor arrived today for a two-day visit before continuing their trip to the Duke’s Canadiay ranch, They were greeted by the 'nation’s highest, officials and a crowd that shouted “Hi, Wally, Hi, Eddie.” Although their visit is unofficial, a full schedule has-been arranged which will include an informal meeting with President Roosevelt. It was the first visit to Washington, for either the Duke or the Duchess in many years. The Duke last visited here in 1924, when he was the Prince of Wales. The Duchess’ last

«| visit was in 1933.
