By ROGER BUDROW The majority of items in the Indianapolis Times Business Summary went into reverse gear last week. There was no obvious explanation for it unless it was the hot weather. Debits here are nearly 23 per cent ahead of last vear so far Postoffice receipts also fell but remained above a year ago. Thus far this year building permits show a 53 per cent increase over last year at this time. The number of persons applving for jobs at the Indianapolis office of the State Employment Security Division receded from the previous week. But job applications here are still 31 per cent ahead of last year. The number of persons getting jobs increased, however, over the previous week and over the same week last year.
