Giraliie Bissell Will. Bocore Bride Of Allen Carroll In Service Tonight

; THE MARRIAGE of Miss Geraldine Eliza Bissell of Wellesley, Mass., to H. Allen Carroll, son of Mr. and Mrs. ‘James F. Carroll of Golden Hill, will take place at 8 o’clock this evening in St. Andrews Episcopal Church at Welles‘ley. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul A.

i Mr. Carroll is on furlough from Camp Shelby, Miss, where he ' is stationed with the 38th Signal Company of the 38th Division. “After a short wedding trip, Mr. Carroll will return to the camp ‘July 25 for maneuvers, His parents left yesterday for Wellesley to attend the ceremony. Miss Bissell attended the Lincoln School in Providence, R. I. and was graduated from Connecticut College for Women at New ‘London, Conn. Mr. Allen was graduated from Park School here and from Hamilton College, Clinton, N. Y. He is a member of Chi Psi Fraternity.

Entertain for Catherine Barbara Keiser and Fiance

MR. AND MRS. William B. Ansted Jr. are among those who have entertained recently for Miss Catherine Barbara Keiser and Walter H. Judd Jr. who are to be married Aug. 2. Mr. Judd is Mrs. Ansted’s brother. The party was a dinner at the Indianapolis ‘Athletic Club. * The wedding is to be at 4 p. m. at the home of the bride-to-be’s ‘parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Keiser, with Dr. Sidney Blair Harry of the Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church officiating. Mr. Judd is the son of Mrs. Irma C. and Walter ‘H. Judd. Attendants for the ceremony will be Miss Madeline Judd, sister of the prospective bridegroom, and Charles Payne.

On July 25 Miss Peggy Bosart and Miss Marjorie Glass will entertain for her and on July 26 a bridal dinner will be given for the betrothed couple at the Propylaeum by Mr, and. Mrs, John M. Williams. Dinner to Mark Meridian Hills Anniversary

MERIDIAN HILLS Country Club members and their guests will icelebrate the club’s 16th anniversary at a dinner‘'Saturday night at the clubhouse. According to tradition, the president’s wife, this year Mrs. Paul R. Summers, will cut an elaborate birthday cake, centerpiece of the serving table to be placed on the lawn. Following dinner Miss Mary Catherine Stair, harpist, will present a program of music. Dr. and Mrs. Harry R. Kerr are chairmen of the observance, assisted by Mr. and Mrs. William J.
