Nazi Envoy Aid
PHILADELPHIA, May 23 (U. P.) .—Dr. Hans Carl Heinz Sennhenn, German Embassy aid, today had only two remote possibilities of escaping service in the United States Army as a conscriptee. His appeal refused by a unanimous 5-0 vote by draft appeal board 1-A, Dr. Seunhenn’s only recourse for avoiding conscription is the State Department or the: Army Medical Board. The German aide’s claim of a weak heart has been refuted ‘by local draft board physicians, but Dr. Sennhenn still must undergo a: physical examination by the Army medical board. As result of the appeal board’s decision, local draft board officials said Dr. Sennhenn will be ndtified within a few days for the Army examination, and, if accepted, will be given at least 10:days to arrange his private affairs before re‘porting for induction.
