LAUDS INSURANCE | FOR PROBATE CASH
Life insurance is an excellent | | means of providing ready cash to! pay estate taxes and expenses inci- | dental to the probating of an estate, Probate Court Judge Smiley N. Chambers told members of the Indianapolis Association of Life Un- | derwriters at their luncheon today at the Claypool Hotel. “It should be remembered,” Judge Chambers said, “that the probating and distribution of an estate requires at best a considerable time. But time and expense are saved and litigation avoided when estate mat- | ters are handled in an orderly man- | ner before the death of the owner |of an estate, be it large or small. “There should be a carefully drawn will, kept up to date, and proper records to aid in estate ad3 | ministration.”
