Local selective service boards soon will have complete records of all men in military service from their areas, it was announced today at State draft headquarters. | All men in the military services| are being required to fill out cards giving their home address at the time of their enlistments. Thus far, 21,521 such cards have been received at State headquarters, and it was estimated about 8000 selective serv-
ice inductees’ cards still are to be received. The local boards receive credit for all men in service from their areas when it comes to computing the board's future quotas. AIMS IN DRAFTING STUDENTS DEFINED

WASHINGTON, April 3.—Standards by which local draft boards would judge the cases of an estimated 50,000 students, subject to the draft starting July 1, were defined today by Selective Service Headquarters. The draft law automatically deferred all students until July 1, and those called to fill out their questionnaires were put in deferred classifications. Local boards now
