CEMENT BUILDING AT BOYS' TOWN SOUGHT

A proposal that a cement block building be erected at Douglas Park to house Boys' Town activities in| the community instead of a wood’ portable building has been made by the Park Board. Board members suggested the more permanent tvpe of building to representatives of the Bovs' Town | Senior Council and the Fletcher Oak Hill Civie Club. Previously, it had been the Board's intention to erect a portable structure with lumber donated by the School Board. The cement block building, cone taining a meeting room and facilis ties for athletic events, would form one wing of a community house to be built in the future, according to Miss Gertrude V. Brown, Board members The Board ordered Park Engineers to draw plans and estimates which will be submitted for approval

This period Is considered t h e high spot for radio listeners and the unique concession has sure prised most people in the business, It also is beJack eliminated the clause requiring a repeat performance for listeners.
