UNION CITY, Mich. Feb. 6 (U. P.).—~Mrs. Abbie Randolph, who may be Mich{gan'’s oldest, resident, celebrated her 107th birthday today with her usual pipeful of tobacco and mused that she hardly expected to live so long. Mrs. Maggie Dowell, a 76-year old daughter who has already celebrated a golden wedding anniversary, and a son. Thomas J. Randolph, with whom Mrs. Randolph lives, were present to help in %oday’s™ celebration. In 1939 Mrs. Randolph told friends that she didn‘ty expect to hold out much longer, but her health is comparatively good.Andrew Jackson was president when Mrs. Randolph was born Abbie Gentry in a Madison County,
