Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Margaret Quinn; a son, Thomas M: Quinn Jr., an attorney in the State Gross Income Tax Division; two daughters, Miss Clara Quinn, a student at St, Marys-of-the-Woods, Terre Haute, and Mrs. J. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Clifford B. ‘Kirby, and two granddaughters, Martha Anne and Jean Kirby.
