Mrs. Teres Pichler, 61, also of Bedford, died earlier. Mrs. Breglan was the driver of the machine. : Jantes Webb, 18, of 710 Lord st., is in the City Hospital with injuries received in the accident on 38th St. He was thrown from a bicycle and struck by a car. Kiah Cooper, of Blanchester, 0. was struck by a bus while crossing New York and New Jersey Sts. He received a possible fractured skull and was taken to the City Hospital.
