Headquarters for the meeting will be at the Spink-Arms Hotel, with Sunday’s business meetings in the World War Memorial Shrine. Registration will. be held Saturday afternoon at the Spink-Arms, followed by the official- banquet at 7:p. m, in the main dining room. Mr. Singer will address a public meeting in the Shrine at 1:15 p. m. Sunday. During the day, schools of instruction for various department, district and post officers will be conducted.
