Pattern

PATTERN 8791

If you want to find out just how beautifully a slip can really fit, how much difference it can make in the line of your frocks, send for design No. 8791 and spend a few hours cutting it out and sewing it up. Easy? Well, there are only eight steps in the detailed sew chart that comes with your pattern! Cut on a true bias, it molds your figure with incredible smoothness, and has a deftly gathered bodice to enhance a softly rounded bustline. ; Of course you can afford nicer materials, as well as more slips, when you save money by sewing your own—slithery pure dye satins and very fine lingerie crepes. Have one in rustly taffeta, too—in a bright color to wear under dark clothes, Pattern No. 8791 is designed for sizes 12, 14, 16, 18, 20; 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48. Size 16 requires 23 yards of 39-inch material; 17% yards of lace to trim top; 2% yards if you have lace at the hem, too. One yard ribbon for straps. For a pattern of this attractive model send 15¢ in coin, your name, address, style number and size to The Indianapolis Times Pattern Service, 214 W. Maryland St. Indianapolis, Ind. Have you seen the new Fall and Winter Fashion Book? Better send for it right away. You can plan
