VINCENNES, Ind., Dec. 17 (U. P.). —The cities of Vincennes, Washington and Princeton today engaged Paul Y. Davis, Indianapolis utilities attorney, to lead a fight before the Public Service Commission against a gas rate increase in their areas. The Hoosier Gas Corp., Which serves the communities, is’ asking a $65,000 annual increase in gas rates
