SEVERAL out-of-town groups will attend the Children’s Concert of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra at 10:30 a. m. tomorrow in the Murat Theater, with Fabien Sevitzky directing. * The groups will arrive in chartered busses. For the past two years Franklin has been represented by numbers of school children.
