NEW YORK, Nov. 15 (U. P.).—Industrial production in the week ended Nov. 9 advanced slightly from the ‘previous week to the highest level on record, Standard Statistics, Inc., reported today. The company's index for the latest week stood at 129.9 per cent of the 1935-39 average compared with the revised figure of 129.8 in the previous week and 122 in the corresponding 1939 week.
