Patriotic songs are very much the rage these days and the latest number to catch the popular fancy seems to be “He's My Uncle,” a tuneful bit concocted by Charles Newman and Lew Pollack. “He’s My Uncle,” was introduced about a month ago on the Good News program by Dick Powell.
