- School Superintendent DeWitt S. Morgan will be guest speaker at the annual Presidents’ Day meeting of the Indianapolis Council of ParentTeacher Associations Wednesday at the Meridian Heights Presbyterian Church. At{roll call at the 10 a. m. session, retiring presidents will introduce new |presidents of P.-T. A. groups, and they in turn will present representatives of their groups. The
