Responding to continuous complaints of Northwest Indianapolis residents, city officials are considering the repair of the old Indiana Ave. bridge over Fall Creek so that light traffic can use it until a new bridge is built. The bridge has been closed almost a vear—since the morning last fall that Works Board members looked underneath it and decided the rotting timbers and corroded steel would no longer bear traffic safety. A new bridge is planned, but cannot be built until a proposed $250,[000 flood control project for Fall completed. The flood project has not been started yet

SOUTH BEND, Ind. P.)—Richard Klowetter, Mich, and Mervin Cagle, Palymra, Ill, today faced life imprisonment or the electric chair.
