LAST SUNDAY, John M. WinSoft saw a cross-country bus driver ariving at what he thought was an excessive speed inside teh city limits on E. Washington St He said in Municipal Court yvesterday he had read in the news. papers of the traffic slaughter and he wanted to help stop it. He asked Policeman William O'Rourke to arrest the bus driver for speeding. Officer O'Rourke arrested Kenneth Fudge of Richmond, the bus driver, when Mr, Winsott promised to file an afdavite against him, ‘The driver and his accuser appeared before Judge pro tem Edwin Smith in Municipal Court Mr. Fudge was discharged when Judge Smith said there was some doubt that he had been speeding and when Mr, Wincott said his speadometer had not been checked for two years, Mr Fudge said he was going 30 and so did two of Dis passengers
